We recognize the high level of trust that you place in us, and we are committed to providing high quality care to those whom we have the privilege to serve. Although no patient with a positive diagnosis is in our Facility, we are taking every precaution to protect our current residents, staff and visitors. In accordance with the recent guidance provided by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, we will be restricting visitation at this time.
